High Impact Realty was started in 2019 by David Towers and Dan Zecher with the vision of having a High Impact on God’s Kingdom by engaging tenants and leading them to encounter the Living God. Our primary line of business is buying and rehabbing properties to rent and provide great housing for our tenants. Our desire is to care about our tenants and reflect God’s love through our role as landlords.

Our Team

Dave Towers

Owner + PROPERTY MANAGER

Dave worked at GSM Industrial for 10 years as an Account Rep. and sat on the Management and Executive Teams. He was called out of a management and ownership role at GSM and transitioned into full time ministry for Men of Iron. Dave served there for 4 years as State Director of PA and Director of Ministry. He has been growing his rental business on the side and felt called to start High Impact Realty when he saw God using him to impact the lives of his tenants. He desires to see High Impact Realty grow to further impact God’s Kingdom. Dave is married and has 3 young children. His family attends Community Fellowship Church where Dave serves as the Men’s Ministry Director.

Dan Zecher

Owner + GENERAL CONTRACTOR

Dan is the owner of Awakened Properties that he started after beginning his career in sales. Dan has an incredible network and system for buying and rehabbing properties and strongly believes in the power of mentorship and transformation. Dan is married and has a young child. His family attends Community Fellowship Church and Dan is actively involved in Men’s Ministry and the softball team. You’ll also find him regularly out in the community mentoring other men.
